Are your watches water resistant?

We would like to say they are waterproof. You can rest assured that when you wash your hands or been exposed to some water, your watch will function without a problem. However, we do not recommend that you dive off a cliff into the ocean wearing the watch. This is because the watch is made of all-natural wood, which makes prolonged exposure to water not advisable or it will leave stains or penetrate the wood.

The band of the watch I bought it too large. How do I adjust it?

We advise that you take your watch to a watch or jewelry shop to adjust the band. Since wooden watches are a bit more fragile than regular watches, taking them to experts is your best option. However, if you want to do it yourself it is actually quite easy. All you need to do is push a tiny metal pin into the left side holes near the clasp of the straps. This will push out the metal bar connecting the strap’s links. When you finally removed the links to shorten the strap, connect the strap again using one of the metal bars that you removed.

I placed my order an hour ago. Where is it now?

Online orders take time and although we wanted you to have your order as soon as possible, it isn’t possible to have it right this minute. If you visit our Shipping Policy, you can find out how long it would usually take the orders to arrive.

What is your watches’ diameter?

The diameter of the wooden watches ranges from 36mm to 54mm. You can find out all the pertinent sizing details of each product under the ‘Specs’ category.

Does your sunglasses use polarized lens?

Yes they are. All our sunglasses here in Shop Wooden Watches uses premium quality polarized lenses. With that, you can use them not just for style and fashion but also for complete eye protection against the harsh rays of the sun.

Will the watches fit when I have small/large wrists?

Shop Wooden Watches’s metal and wooden strap watches all have remarkable links. The links of the watch’s straps are all fully adjustable so they fit any wrist sizes, whether yours are tiny or large. Similarly, the leather straps of our watch products have more than enough holes in it so it becomes suitable to anyone. It is highly recommended that you take your watch to a watch or jewelry store that can help ensure it fits your wrist perfectly. Don’t worry because the price for this is cheap and sometimes even free.

What movement do you use for your wristwatches?

Most of the timepieces in our products use high precision, premium quality Japanese Quartz Movement. There are other timepieces in our products collection that uses other movement, which you can find out in the product details.

Do you ship to my country?

Shop Wooden Watches ships to more than 100 countries all over the world. For some orders that reach a specific cost, we can also provide free shipping. Also, note that there are countries requiring door-to-door courier to deliver the packages. For these countries, free shipping is not available. These countries usually include UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, South Africa, Bahrain and Brazil.

How long does it usually take until I get my order?

US orders often take about 4 to 10 business days, but with expedited shipping then you will be able to get your order within only 4 business days. On the other hand, Canadian orders can take around 5 to 10 business days while international orders can take 5 to 14 business days.

How long does it take you to ship my order?

Shop Wooden Watches’s processing time usually takes about 1 to 5 business days but it depends on demand. As soon as we processed and shipped your order, you will receive a notification from us containing your tracking number.

Can I return my order to exchange for a different style?

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it either for a refund or exchange. Make sure, however, to ship the items before the time they should be shipped back. You can find out the complete return process in our Exchanges and Returns page.

What do I do if my order was delivered damaged?

Before shipping your order, we make sure to wrap them in extra packing material to ensure they arrive in its destination in one piece. However, we cannot be 100% sure that they will arrive in perfect condition since there is a chance that the post office failed to handle it with care. If your orders did not arrive as you expected, please don’t hesitate to send us an email through our Contact Us page to help sort out the problem.

What type of warranty do you offer with your watch?

Shop Wooden Watches offers a 12-month warranty covering any internal defects that your watch may have. This means that if your watch has issues, for example, if it stopped ticking or has any other malfunction caused by internal components. In such cases, all you need is to contact us to avail your warranty.

Does this warranty cover damage due to dropping my watch and cracking it?

Shop Wooden Watches uses a special durable material coated to most of our watches to ensure that even if you accidentally drop it will not sustain any damage, not unless you throw it across the room. This is why we don’t offer warranty for accidental damage. We made sure our watch is as affordable and durable as we can make it. As such, we did not include any replacement costs for accidental damage in their prices. However, we can understand your concerns so if you have any issues, simply send us an email and we will try to find solution to your problems.

I accidentally cracked the band when I tried adjusting it. Can you possibly help with it?

It is out strongest recommendation that you have them adjusted in a jewelry or watch shop. Please don’t try doing it yourself since wooden products are a lot more fragile than other metal watches. Their straps can easily break if you don’t know what you are doing. If you just take it to a watch shop or jewelry shop, you can have them adjusted in cheap price and even free. However, if you could not help doing it yourself and ended up cracking it, don’t hesitate to send us an email. We can understand your situation and is more than happy to help.
